News & Developments

🏗️ Boeing Wants to Build a Bigger Factory

Boeing wants to build a new 263,000 square foot factory at its Mesa campus. The building would make special carbon parts used in military aircraft. It would more than double Boeing's manufacturing space in Mesa and add more workers to the campus. The project comes after Boeing won a major contract to build Apache helicopters for Poland. If approved, the expansion would help keep Mesa one of Arizona's biggest aerospace centers.

📊 Real Estate Trends

Local Market Update

Arizona keeps adding jobs, businesses, and new projects. That is good news for the housing market because more jobs usually bring more people. We are also seeing more investment outside of housing, especially in technology and manufacturing. That helps make Arizona's economy stronger over time.

National Trends

The housing market is still moving slower across much of the country. Higher mortgage rates continue to keep some buyers on the sidelines. Arizona is in a better position than many other states because companies continue bringing jobs and investment here. That gives our market a strong foundation for the future.
